Hi, I'm Vicente Gutiérrez, a software engineer since 2014.

Since 2021, I have worked in technical leadership roles, and I'm currently a Technical Lead Manager at Bizee.

As an engineer, my goal is to solve problems, not just to write code. I believe it is important to understand the "why" behind a problem before jumping into the "how" of a solution. Good software starts with understanding the problem clearly.

As a manager, my main goal is to help the people around me grow. I care about supporting engineers, helping them improve, and creating an environment where they can reach their full potential.
